That Trumpf et al. colluded, conspired and coordinated with Russian Gov't actors are FACTS that Donald et. al cannot escape. The recordings, text, video, & testimonies are all there and lined up along a timeline. The question is whether any of that constitutes a crime or crimes? I think we'll be finding out the answer to that soon enough. I don't think that's what Mueller et al. are going to charge Trumpf with, however. I think all of that is just a misdirect by Mueller. The real heart of this investigation is going to center around Donald's business dealings with Russian mafia and Gov't actors etc.( money laundering, tax evasion etc.) The other area will be his attempts, clumsy as they've been to cover this all up and to obstruct the investigation in any manner possible.
One thing that keeps coming across is that Mueller is a very crafty individual. I would love to be a fly on the wall around his briefings to his closest staff. They know the deal.
