They were sued by another English rock band for stealing this tune. I have the other bands song somewhere, don't remember their name either. Its a dead ringer, different lyrics is all. Shame on them. Coldplay sure didn't need to rip anyone off for $$ that's for sure.

They settled out of court with this guy. Believe me the song was a dead ringer for Coldplay's version. It happens more then we'd like to think.
