Readers of the PNAC document of a decade ago, which was a salient construction and guideline for the Bush II administration, will recall that this very same topic was included and voiced in a similar way.
The details and the extent of the criteria are not yet clear.

The Pentagon has concluded that computer sabotage coming from another country can constitute an act of war, a finding that for the first time opens the door for the U.S. to respond using traditional military force.
