 I was rehearsing with some musicians on Sunday when we got word of Biden withdrawing. Everyone at the rehearsal was very concerned to say the least. As the day progressed, a certain amount of optimism started entering the picture. I was pleased to see that Niki Haley's voter PAC decided to endorse Harris, and there was a huge one day donation haul, the largest in a single day, to Act Blue for Harris. Long story short, I slept well, although relatively speaking I sleep well most of the time. 

 Harris has a shot. The polls right now are not relevant. Soon she will be the actual candidate. If anything, it appears that she will rally Democrats and the last two weeks since the debate have been miserable for Democrats. 

 Be optimistic, what else are you going to do. It's the prosecutor versus the felon.
