I adore this man's work it's so AMERICAN in all the best ways brash alive moving. Sadly, its a relic now of better days when we weren't a conquered nation under the Russian Fascist thumb and Putin's Quisling DJ TRumpf.

One thing that I got from looking at these this morning, is the sense of isolation that is also a part of American life. Even the singular train car out there all alone, there's a sense of the bitter sweet and sadness in his work. He must of been a heavy thinker, I'd like to know more about Hopper as a human being. I have to check that out.
