Palmer as is his pt. of view is I believe wildly over-optimistic here saying TrumPutin is waving a white flag as regards Mueller. I think quite the contrary is the case. Yes, he failed with the phony cherry picked Nunes Memo to change any of the pieces on the chess board or did he? Rachael Brand quit and this could mean he is going to replace her with a loyalist and then he'll fire or force Rosenstein out and eventually even Sessions. Neither man has shown sufficient loyalty to retain their jobs under the Russianite regime of TrumPutin. Donald had another talk with Putin the other day and I'm sure in his way Putin is calling the shots here. The Russians want the CIA , NSA and the FBI gutted and replaced with TrumPutin loyalists from top to bottom. You can't have a Police State without utter loyalty from the cops and the bureaucrats. The battle for America goes on.

Rachel Brand quit over a conflict of interest. Her husband is representing people on the Trump team. At this moment at least, Trump is wounded as all hell. This Porter bs is deeper than we think. What's going on is like the magician hankie act, Porter and Kelly are handkerchief 1 through 5 but the mess goes on forever. Having said that, I agree with you. Trump still wants Rosenstein out and some lackey in his place in order to squash Mueller. I think right now Trump has a lot on his plate to balance and a lot of that balancing act is crashing down.

It's trench warfare between the various factions and there are many different partisan factions in this war. Mueller is hanging in there so far but this shitshow is a very long way from ending.
