It looks like Amateur hr. in the WH but it's chaos by design. Trumpf is like some Dictators or Autocrats that purposely keep their advisors in a constant state of turmoil and stress so as to not allow anyone but him to have any real power. He's placed other mini-autocrats like Tillerson, Mattis , Pompeo and others at the top of the Gov'ts largest Depts. and they are also firing everyone and creating chaos. The Trumpf administration is essentially being run by a group of hard right anarchist set on burning down and smashing down the State and its permanent bureaucracy which they see as their deadly enemy. They like to use the term "the deep State" to describe these people. This is by many degrees the most radical group to enter power in over 100 yrs. They are hell-bent on destroying the regulatory State by various methods.
