Sadly, I doubt the black population is going to turn out. They didn't bother for Hillary either. It's the price we pay for Identity politics, isn't it?

If they don't then the same rule that applies for poor whites voting for GOPers and black folks in Alabama. One is voting against their best interests, and the other is not voting with the same effect - against their own interests. It's a different approach but with the same result.
