My parents were of Italian descent and I was born in New York. No one says that I am an Italian man. My good friend was born in New York and his parents were of Irish origins. People do not refer to him as an Irish man. Black people born in the United States are not referred to as Africans, they are Americans. Trump's charged partisan remark about the Indiana born judge in charge of his fraud case, "he's a Mexican" is not how we refer to people born in America of whatever descent be it Asian, African, European, or South American. Yet Trump is freely allowed by the media to call Gonzalo Curiel, his judge in his fraud case, "a Mexican". If any other politician were to speak in this way in the media, she would be skewered. Yet, Trump is somehow allowed to say this and it is taken for granted, oh that's just Trump. This is nonsense. Trump is showing off the fact that he is a racist bigot about as clearly as it can possibly be, right now, just listen.
