Infighting

Some GOTea-ers don't know who to flail at first, people in their own party or Hillary and/or Bernie. I love GOP infighting and it's really heating up lately. Get the popcorn ready because other than the monstrous fact that our country's ability to make any progress is at stake, it's amusing and entertaining and it couldn't happen to a more deserving bunch.

The GOP Corp. elite is turning it's BIG well paid guns like Larry Kudlow and George Will on Bernie along with the punditocracy of the right /Corporatist wing of the MSM and the (D) party's Hillary wing. They're telling the world Bernie lost last week, but know he didn't do so badly at all and that he's the person essentially framing the conservation that people want to take place this coming campaign. Hillary and her handlers are trying desperately to make this election about anything but Wall st. and the economy. Makes me laugh. Remember, her husbands famous line "It's the economy stupid." How the worm turns. Now Bill and Hill are gadzillionaires and are not about to diss the geese that are laying all those Golden eggs by the dozen at their door step these days. So, now it's LOL gun control, gay marriage, abortion/women's rights , anything but the economy. Bernie is focused like a laser of the shitty shape of the economy where (99% of the gains are going to just 1% of the public and maybe another 20% who works for those folks, add in the (D) Corporatist/Public sector managers and its maybe 30% of the public. 70% are barely scrapping by pay check to pay check paying higher taxes and higher rapidly inflating medical and drug costs, College education costs etc. ( which by the way is with increasing taxes eating the average person alive and essentially gutting what's left of the middle class.) Bernie has these people's attention and most of us don't give a rats ass about a lecture from the right on the virtues of Capitalism and the evils of OOOOHH scary SOCIALISM. It's easy for all these MOFOS to lecture us from their sunny perches and vacation homes. The country's working and middle class in short need relief after 40 yrs. of relentless pounding by the Corp. elite and their Statist allies. The Gov't ( Federal and most States) has in essence become just another branch of Corp. America and we all know it.

You know it's interesting, I would bet there are many people and at times I fall into this category, who see the withering away of the middle class, the increasing income inequality, increasing wealth of the 1/10% etc all of it, as an inevitable thing, the end game is not pretty. That's where we are headed. I mean Bernie, yes, he is so focused, but just as you say the wealthy powers are likewise focused against him. Change is also inevitable, things mostly have to get to unbearable conditions before people react. Look at the obstacles - the huge population that follows FOX for example, with it's massive disinformation program confusing the hell out of people, these people have been ingrained to believe that Bernie is the devil. When all is said and done I still favor a two state solution and then even further, a nation of smaller very independent city states, loosely connected.
