I'm reluctantly going back there myself Ed, starting next week. Not much for the treadmill , but its just too nasty outside most of the week to run right now and I need to run.

I've been hiking a couple of times a week for years, a lot of vertical, heart pounding, soaking wet.

But we've had some sickness around here lately, haven't been able to get out as much. Need to catch up.

Now I want to go for a winter climbing class down in the Gunks, so I'm hitting the stair climber quite a bit.

It's good for me to have a goal, a purpose for the training. I don't really like those machines.
