"Attorney General Eric H. Holder Jr. on Friday barred local and state police from using federal law to seize cash, cars and other property without evidence that a crime occurred.
Holder’s action represents the most sweeping check on police power to confiscate personal property since the seizures began three decades ago as part of the war on drugs."

Now if Romney had won, would his AG have done anything like this? Which is why I'm always baffled by those who say Obama, Romney, Gore, Bush, they're all the same! And if Romney had won, would he put up any resistance to the canadian pipeline? I just don't get the "they're all the same" meme.

On the level of social policies, if that is what you call it, there is a difference. I've argued the same thing because a president appoints Supreme Court justices and we all know where that is going. Beyond these social freedoms I'm not sure the differences are that great. Keystone has a new opponent as well and that is the declining price of oil and an alleged oil glut.

I like the way the sportsman's channel misspelled "America" americia.

She could have been a heartbeat away from the presidency.
