Help Is Pouring Into Haiti
Its quite amazing reading that rescuers are finding people alive and here we are almost a week later.
Some people seem to have gotten trapped within buildings but are not seriously injured and have access to food. The story about the couple being rescued in a collapsed supermarket is stunning. They ate lots of peanut butter.

The 5,800 U.S. troops on the ground and aboard U.S. Navy and Coast Guard vessels off shore will be augmented by an additional 7,500 Marines scheduled to arrive today.
Lt. Gen. Keen said that about 2,000 Marines were set to join 1,000 U.S. troops on the ground, and U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon announced Monday he wants 1,500 more U.N. police and 2,000 more troops to join the existing 7,000 military peacekeepers and 2,100 international police in Haiti.
