Terrorism was downgraded from the start in the BV$H admin. It was used later on after 9/11 as a means to end. ( to Invade Iraq and grab the oil Cheney and his oil pals desired. All the rest was just BS. Terrorism was also used to make BV$H a dictator and allow Cheney to run the show behind the scenes. Cheney though still thinks he can run things after the case.
Or as Sean hannity and the otrher RT. wing noise boxes all scream day and night. It was ALL Clinton's fault! If he'd not had SEX with that women we'd never been hit.
